What does white label peptides mean in this program?
You sell research peptides on your own website under your own brand. We keep the product in stock, apply your brand label to each vial, and ship every order straight to your customer. Your customer sees your brand, not ours.
Do I have to buy inventory up front?
No. We stock the product. You buy it from us order by order as your sales ship, at white label prices, on one invoice at the end of each month. You never own or store inventory.
What does it cost to get started?
A one-time, non-refundable $1,000 deposit, paid after you sign the agreement and credited in full toward your product and fulfillment fees, so it is spent on your own orders rather than a setup fee. After that you pay for product as orders ship plus a per-order fulfillment fee, with a $1,000 monthly product minimum. Every fee is listed on the pricing page.
Which store platforms can I connect?
WooCommerce and Shopify connect to our fulfillment system directly, and any custom platform can push orders through its open API. Note that several large platforms and payment processors restrict peptide sales in their own terms, so check your platform and processor before you build on them.
How fast do orders ship?
The warehouse ships Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day generally ship the same day; later orders go out the next business day. Your customer gets tracking by email when the order ships.
Can I show lab reports on my site?
Yes, two ways. You can license our certificates of analysis for the products you sell ($50 per product per month, on a 4-month cycle that matches each testing round), or arrange your own third-party testing.
Who handles my customers' questions?
You do by default, because they are your customers. If you would rather not, managed customer support is an add-on: we answer your store's customer emails in your brand's name.
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything supplied through the program is for laboratory research use only and not for human consumption. Your labels, website and marketing must say so and must not make health or dosing claims. A pre-launch website compliance review is available as an add-on.
