No setup fee and no membership. You pay a $1,000 deposit that is credited to your orders, then product and a per-order fulfillment fee as your sales ship, on one invoice a month.
The three numbers that matter
Credited in full
Paid once by Zelle or ACH after you sign the agreement. Non-refundable, and every dollar of it goes toward your own product and fulfillment fees.
Product minimum
Buy at least $1,000 of product a month through your orders. A shortfall becomes credit toward the next month's product.
Fulfillment
A one-vial order costs $4.80 to pick, label and pack, a two-vial order $5.90, plus packaging and postage at cost.

Managed support covers your store's customer emails with replies within 24 hours on business days; payment disputes and chargebacks are quoted separately. The compliance review is advice on your copy and does not move responsibility for your site to us.
How billing works
Everything lands on one invoice at the end of each month: the product for the orders we shipped that month, fulfillment fees, packaging, postage and any add-ons. Invoices are due within 7 days. There is no interest and no late fee; if an invoice goes unpaid past 7 days, shipping pauses until it is paid.
Lost or stolen packages are reshipped at your cost once a package is with the carrier, and product that arrives broken because of our packing is replaced at ours. International orders ship at your risk and are billed in full even if customs holds them.

Why is product pricing not on this page?
Product prices are white label wholesale prices and are confidential under the agreement. Once you apply and are approved, you get a private login with the full price list and a margin calculator for your whole catalog.
Is the $1,000 deposit a fee?
No. It is credited in full toward your product and fulfillment fees, so it is spent on your own orders. It is non-refundable, which keeps the program to brands that intend to launch.
How does the $1,000 monthly minimum work?
Each month you buy at least $1,000 of product through your orders. If you come in under, the shortfall is billed and turned into a credit that is applied to the next month's product, on top of that month's own minimum. Credits apply to product only and do not stack beyond the next month.
When do I pay?
Once a month. One consolidated invoice covers the product for the orders we shipped that month, fulfillment fees, packaging, postage and any add-ons. It is due within 7 days. There are no late fees or interest, but shipping pauses while an invoice is unpaid.
Is refrigerated storage extra?
No. Refrigerated and frozen storage is free. Ambient storage is $2.95 per pick location per month.
