Privacy notice
Last updated 2026-10-08
This notice explains what this website collects and what happens to it.
What we collect
When you send the application form we receive what you type into it: your name, email, phone number if given, brand or company name, store website, your answers to the form's questions and your notes. We also record your browser's user-agent string and the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider, to help spot spam. We do not record your IP address with your application.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
Why we use it
Only to review your application, reply to you and, if you join the program, set up your account. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Applications are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and may be passed to our internal email and chat tools so the right person sees them.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept while they are useful for following up and deleted on request.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, send a note through the application form saying so, and we will act on it.
