Is this blind dropshipping?
Yes. Each vial carries your label and the order ships to your customer under your brand. With the branded tracking email add-on, the shipping confirmation and tracking page are in your branding too.
What does one dropshipped order cost me?
The product at your white label price, plus fulfillment: $3.90 for the first item, $0.60 for each extra item, $0.40 for materials and $0.50 per vial for labeling. Packaging and postage are passed through at actual cost with no markup.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum per order. There is a $1,000 monthly product minimum: if your product purchases in a month come in under $1,000, the difference is billed and credited toward the next month's product.
How do orders get from my store to the warehouse?
Your store connects to our warehouse system. WooCommerce and Shopify stores link directly, and custom platforms push orders through the open API. New orders flow in automatically, no spreadsheets or emails.
What happens if a package is lost or arrives broken?
If product arrives broken because of our packing or handling, we replace it. Once a package is with the carrier, transit risk is yours, so a lost or stolen package is reshipped at your cost. Most brands set a matching policy or offer shipping protection at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International orders can ship, but entirely at your risk: customs holds, seizures and delays are not covered, and international orders are billed in full even if a package never arrives.
